Individuals both well-known and not, from backgrounds of all kinds throughout the Francophone world, will meet with the public for discussions in a relaxed atmosphere. The speakers will share their stories and speak about their commitments, their relationship with the French language and the role that it has played in their lives.

On Thursday, 3 October, hear from Chris Mburu, founder of the Francophone village of Mitahato in Kenya. In this village in the centre of the country, the Francophone Network of Kenya offers classes attended by numerous inhabitants.

The event will be held at 5 pm in the historic foyer of La Gaîté Lyrique. Free admission subject to available space.
